What are your shipping costs?

We are happy to send our artwork anywhere in the world and we make sure we post for the best possible rate. If you are interested in our art please contact us for a shipping quote and time. The shipping times given are not exact and most of the time it will be quicker.

How is the artwork packaged during shipping?

Each Painting will be carefully wrapped in three layers. The protective layers consist of tissue paper and bubble wrap to protect the image from knocks during transport. The final layer is a sturdy brown paper cover to ship the paintings to you in perfect condition. An extra cardboard layer will be added to paintings that need to be sent further and are at more risk of being damaged.

Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases English law shall apply.

Deliveries will normally be made within 10 working days of the order date unless stated in the confirmation.

RTPaintings will endeavour to ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the time frame specified. Should events outside our control prevent this, we will contact you by e-mail and inform you when you can expect the delivery to be made. If we are unable to fulfil your order, for any reason, a refund of all monies paid to date will be made to the credit/debit card used.

We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card.

Damages Policy

Should the order arrive in a damaged condition you must advise us by e-mail within three days, quoting your order reference number (this can be found in our confirmation e-mail). We will then send you details of the returns procedure and return it together with the damaged item to the address detailed on the form, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting. A refund will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account, providing the item is returned in the same packaging in which it was despatched and within seven working days of being received.
